We have the team and the facilities to make your event a roaring success! We'll meet with you well before your event to agree your brief and budget. We'll also agree the programme you want us to run. If you need us to organise booking recording slots with your customers before the show, well be happy to do that.
If you've arranged to have your logos or body wrap applied to the Rockhopper, we can get this done for you - or, if youve organised it, we'll ensure the Rockhopper is cleaned and available when you want it. Just before the show, we'll then make sure the Rockhopper is fully equipped with all the agreed equipment and facilities and in place, looking its best, well before the event starts.
During the show, we will run the programme on your behalf, in conjunction with your own staff or independently, whatever suits you best. We will handle the bookings and admin and engineer the recording sessions and video shoots. We will ensure visitors are made to feel welcome and that they enjoy their Rockhopper session. If required, we can "sell" your products and recording slots at the event or organise demonstrations of equipment or software. We'll provide hosts, presenters and photographers and make sure your event is a fantastic success!
After the show, we will mix and edit all songs and recorded material, posting it to websites, as agreed with you - or following up directly with your customers. Well manage any competition on your behalf and announce the winners, etc. Or pass the results on to you and let you handle it. We want to make sure everyone involved with the event is thoroughly happy and that your Rockhopper show is talked about well after it's over.
